Removing Unwanted Items Before and After
Fast and Slow Shutter Speed
For image #2, the shutter speed used was 1/320. I used auto WB and the ISO was 800. The rainbow spinner was spun around while I took the photo. The image was taken from a straight on view from pretty close up. In the image, there is strong color and a rainbow pattern.
For image #1, the shutter speed was 1/13, the WB was set to auto, and the ISO was 800. The blur of the image is in the center where the colors meet. There is also blur on the outer ends of the spinner. This was taken at a straight on, close point of view. Image #1 consists of very strong rainbow colors.

Painting with Light
In image number 7, the shutter speed used was 8 seconds. We used rainbow string lights as well as white string lights. My classmates walked around swinging the lights side to side and up and down. Viewers looking at this image would get attracted to all of the different colors shown.
Aperture
In school
Image number 2 is a shallow depth of field. The f stop used was about f/8 and my ISO was around 3200. I had set the white balance to auto. Image number 6 shows a large depth of field. For this image, my f stop was close to f/22, to make the entire image in focus. I also had the white balance on auto and my ISO was close to 4000. I think that image number 2 is better because I like how the front of the image is in focus while the background is out of focus. The chair in the front shows all the details of it and there is less and less detail as you move to the back of the picture. You would want to use a shallow depth of field when you are trying to make just one certain part in the picture out of focus. You would want to use a large depth of field when trying to capture everything in focus.
